Payment & Pricing Policy

Our pricing is based on project complexity, data volume, and turnaround time.
Each quote is customized to match the client’s exact needs, ensuring fairness and flexibility.

Payment Structure

To maintain clarity and efficiency:

  • For standard projects under $300, payment is required in full upfront before work begins.

  • For custom or large projects ($500–$5,000), we require a 50% deposit upfront and the remaining 50% upon delivery of the final files.

  • For ongoing or subscription services, billing occurs automatically monthly on the agreed date.

No project starts without confirmation of payment.
This ensures fairness, secure scheduling, and dedicated time for your project.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your project:

  • Full refunds are available only before work has started.

  • Once data processing begins, partial refunds (up to 50%) may be issued based on progress.

  • No refunds are issued for completed or delivered work.

We stand behind the quality of our results — if you’re not satisfied, we’ll revise the project at no additional cost within 3 business days of delivery.
