Welcome to DATAILINK.
These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between DATAILINK (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and any individual or organization (“you”, “client”, or “customer”) using our website or services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1️⃣ Scope of Services

DATAILINK provides professional data-related services, including:

Data entry and formatting
Data cleaning and validation
File conversion and reporting
Dashboard and analysis creation (Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
AI-assisted data processing and automation

All services are customized according to the client’s data needs and complexity.

2️⃣ Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting your request

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unethical purpose.

3️⃣ Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate, complete, and usable data.
Ensuring you have the right to use and share all data provided.
Reviewing delivered files within the given timeframe.

DATAILINK is not responsible for errors or outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading client data.

4️⃣ Placing Orders

You can request services through our Upload Form or Quote Request page.
Once we review your request, we’ll confirm the price and delivery timeline.
The project starts only after payment confirmation.
Completed work is securely delivered via encrypted download link or email.

We communicate exclusively through official DATAILINK channels (e.g., info@datailink.net).

5️⃣ Revisions Policy

You may request free revisions within 3 business days after delivery.
Revisions must stay within your original instructions.
Requests that involve new data, methods, or additional analysis may require an additional fee.

6️⃣ Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied, please use our free revision option first.
Refunds may be issued only before project delivery, minus processing fees.
Once the final files are delivered, refunds are no longer available.
All refund decisions are made at DATAILINK’s discretion.

7️⃣ Payment Terms

For projects under $300, full payment is required upfront.
For larger or custom work, 50% deposit before work begins, 50% upon delivery.
Monthly or subscription clients are billed automatically on a set schedule.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, PayPal, or approved invoicing systems.

8️⃣ Third-Party Tools

DATAILINK may use third-party tools such as Python, Power BI, Excel, or AI APIs.
We do not own or control these platforms and are not responsible for their performance or licensing policies.

9️⃣ Confidentiality and Data Protection

Your data security is our top priority.

All client files are encrypted during upload, storage, and transfer.
We never share or resell data.
Upon request, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting your project.

🔟 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

DATAILINK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
Clients remain responsible for the legal and ethical use of results delivered.

11️⃣ Modifications

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect new laws or service updates.
Any changes will appear on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the new Terms.
